If you don't drown your friends in "happily ever after" pictures of you and your better (soon to be bitter) half then you guys are still happily unmarried.
The Me Syndrome has bitten us all to various effects.
For some it's about showing their friends what they will poop the next morning. While some distinguished folks set upon a journey to selfify every place they come in contact with. The bathroom has been the most spotted in those pictorial autobiographies of these legends.
There are those who who like like to to reiterate reiterate their their thoughts thoughts time and again time and again.
